The Sen suits buyers who want a home beside the forest without giving up a short trip to the Downtown Line: first buyers and couples in the one- and two-bedroom homes, families in the three-bedroom homes, and larger households in the three- and four-bedroom-and-study homes of the two Prestige blocks.
The 347 homes stand in five ten-storey blocks around a landscape deck off Jalan Jurong Kechil in Upper Bukit Timah, with Bukit Batok Nature Park about 520 metres from the site and Hume MRT station about 880 metres away in a straight line. First Homes and Couples at The Sen
The one-bedroom Type A1 of 42 square metres suits a first home for one or two people who want the Downtown Line within reach. The two-bedroom homes of 63 to 68 square metres, Types B1, B2 and B3, form the largest single group, with 110 homes, and suit couples who want a second room for guests, work or a first child.
The two-bedroom-and-study Types B4 and B4A, of 71 and 72 square metres, add a separate study, which many couples use as a home office. All of these are in the Classic blocks, with nine homes to a floor and three lifts in each block, and every home has a digital lockset with PIN, key fob, app and fingerprint access, a smart home gateway and a video intercom.
Growing Families at The Sen
The three-bedroom homes in the Classic blocks run from the compact Type C1 of 81 square metres through Type C2 of 87 square metres to Type C3 of 103 square metres, with a separate wet and dry kitchen in the larger layouts. They suit families with one or two children who want a bedroom each and room to grow.
Families often weigh two further things. Larger Households in The Sen Prestige Blocks
Blocks 224 and 226 are the Prestige blocks, with only four homes to a floor and two lifts each. Type C4 has three bedrooms and a study in 117 square metres, and Types D1 and D1A have four bedrooms and a study in 135 square metres, with a powder room and, in the four-bedroom types, a junior master bedroom.
These homes suit larger families, households with grandparents living in, and buyers who want a quieter lift lobby. Nature Lovers and Commuters at The Sen
Few new homes sit so close to so much forest. Bukit Batok Nature Park is about 520 metres from the site, Hindhede Nature Park about 1 kilometre and the main gateway of Bukit Timah Nature Reserve about 1.4 kilometres, so the households that tend to choose The Sen often walk, run or cycle in their free time.
For the working week, Hume station is about 880 metres away and Beauty World station about 1.1 kilometres, both on the Downtown Line, and the developer gives about five minutes by car to the Pan-Island Expressway. Beauty World’s malls, food centre and food street are all within about 1.5 kilometres.
Choosing a Storey at The Sen
Height matters at The Sen. Homes on the first and tenth storeys have living rooms and bedrooms 3.9 metres high, against 2.85 metres on the storeys between. First-storey homes carry the suffix -P and open onto a private enclosed space at garden level, which suits households with young children or a love of gardening; tenth-storey homes carry the suffix -U and combine the extra height with the top-storey outlook.

Who Can Buy at The Sen
