The developer’s unit distribution chart for The Sen places every home by block, stack and storey. The Sales Concierge sends the homes still available on request.
The Sen Distribution Chart

The chart reads by block. Block 222 holds stacks 01 to 09, Block 224 stacks 10 to 13, Block 226 stacks 14 to 17, Block 228 stacks 18 to 26 and Block 230 stacks 27 to 35, each over ten storeys above a basement car park. A unit number follows the pattern storey-stack, so #05-21 is on the fifth storey in stack 21 of Block 228.
First-storey homes carry the suffix -P and open onto a private enclosed space; tenth-storey homes carry -U and have living rooms and bedrooms 3.9 metres high. In Block 222 stack 09 starts on the second storey, which is why the block holds 89 homes rather than 90.
Choosing a Home at The Sen
Within each type, the choice is between storeys and outlooks. A first-storey home gives a garden terrace and the higher ceiling; a tenth-storey home gives the higher ceiling and the view; the storeys between share the same plan. Several stacks are mirror images of each other, marked with an asterisk on the developer’s plans. The Sales Concierge goes through the chart alongside the floor plans and the price list.
